Everybody that has to work for a living starts their day with one of these an alarm clock. Does it get you up on time? Do you abruptly get up and start your day on the first buzz or do you Snooze til you loose? Here are 3 of the best techniques I use every morning to get myself out of a trance and get going!

1. Loud and Awful Music

This is crucial. Don't pick a Radio hub that you enjoy if you do you'll find yourself gently going back to sleep! If you enjoy 80s hits, find a hub that plays the most recent Hip-Hop music. If you enjoy Hip-Hop - find an oldies station. Put it loud!

2. Out Of Arms Reach

Even if you have loud and awful music playing, you'll just reach over to your bed side table and turn the alarm clock to Off. Don't fall into this trap. Put your alarm clock on the Other side of the room. That way when it goes off in the morning you have to nothing else but get up and out of bed to shut it off.

3. Extra 10 Minutes

Set your alarm clock 10 minutes earlier than you need to get up. This will give you time to do something very important, something that will make sure you get up every morning and you're happy about it.

When the loud and awful music begins to play and you get up and stumble to the other side of the room and shut the alarm clock off sit and relax (Do Not Lay Down Anywhere!). Sit in a chair and think about how you want your day to go. Visualize yourself getting to work on time, making that awesome presentation, having the new secretary give you a minute smile, landing that huge client, see yourself with a great big smile on your face, see your boss grinning and giving you that slow accepting nod, etc

10 minutes of visualizing your day the way you want it to be will get you going! You won't want to go near that bed because You gotta get out there and turn the world!

Do Not put this off if you read this article and said to yourself sounds good, Ill do it next week you need to it Right Now. Push your chair back from the desk and walk away from your computer, unplug your alarm clock and Move it to the other side of your bedroom. Find that awful station, crank the volume and set the time 10 minutes ahead. Youll thank me.
